Shared credits
One pool, with the owner in control
Every seat adds its credits to the workspace’s pool each month, and everyone generates from it. The owner sees the whole workspace’s usage member by member, sets each member’s monthly spending limit and can pause anyone’s spending. Members see their own usage.

Shared library
Build on each other’s work
Every member sees the workspace’s generations and can download them, use them as references or reuse the settings they were made with. Work started from someone else’s result is saved as new work — it never replaces theirs.

Seats and invitations
Invite by email, a seat for everyone
The owner invites people by email. The link works once, for seven days, and is accepted from the Visxy account with that address. Everyone has a seat, the owner included; an invitation waiting to be accepted holds one until it is accepted, cancelled or expires.

Personal stays personal
Always clear whose credits you’re using
Switch between Personal and the workspace in the Generator and on tool pages. The screen always shows which credits a generation will use, and a workspace generation is saved in the workspace.

Workspace files stay private
Nobody can publish a workspace generation or reference to the public — not to Community, not as a share link — and that includes the owner. Workspace files never move into anyone’s personal library.
Community still works for you
Members browse and use Community prompts as usual. Recreating one while you work in the workspace spends the workspace’s credits and saves the result in the workspace.

The owner
- Invites and removes members, and manages seats
- Sets each member’s monthly spending limit, or pauses a member’s spending
- Sees the whole workspace’s usage, member by member
- Edits the workspace’s name, details and logo
- Can hand ownership to a member or close the workspace
Members
- Generate with the workspace’s credits, within any limit the owner sets
- See and build on every generation in the workspace
- See their own usage
- Move their own generations to the trash and restore them
- Can leave the workspace at any time
Someone who leaves or is removed keeps their own Visxy account and a summary of their own past usage; the workspace keeps its generations.

From one seat to the whole team
Step 1
Pick the size that fits
Team for 2–15 seats, Scale for 5–25, or an Enterprise offer for anything else.
Step 2
Invite your team
Send email invitations. Each person joins from their own Visxy account and takes a seat.
Step 3
Create from one pool
Generate images and video with every model, within the limits the owner sets, and keep the work in one private library.
Plans
Team, Scale and Enterprise
Team and Scale are billed monthly or once a year — an annual plan’s credits still arrive every month, and unused credits don’t roll over. Enterprise is a custom offer for needs Team and Scale don’t fit — more seats, or more credits for a few seats.
