Email Updates
Visxy Last Updated: September 17, 2026
This page explains what you get when you subscribe to Visxy email updates, how often, and how to stop. It is a disclosure, not a contract — subscribing is not conditional on agreeing to anything here. Your rights come from our Terms of Service (Section 6B) and our Privacy Policy.
1. Two kinds of email, and only one of them is optional
Service email is not optional while you hold an account. Account verification, password reset, email-change confirmation, security notices, billing and receipts, and operational announcements such as planned downtime or a change to our Terms. These are part of running your account. They carry no unsubscribe link, and nothing on this page turns them off. Closing your account is what stops them.
Marketing email is entirely optional and off until you ask for it. That is what this page is about. Creating an account does not subscribe you.
A message that promotes a product, a price, a discount or an offer is marketing, whoever wrote it and whatever it is called. We do not put an advertisement in a service message to avoid an unsubscribe link.
2. What you get
- New prompts and libraries — what has been added since the last message, and what is worth looking at.
- New AI models and tools — what you can now generate or run inside Visxy.
- Product news — features and changes worth knowing about.
- Offers and discounts, when there are any. There is no separate subscription for these: if you are subscribed, you are eligible.
We do not sell your address, we do not rent our list, and no third party sends advertising to you through us.
3. How often
You choose:
- Weekly — a digest, once a week.
- Monthly — the same idea, once a month.
You pick one or the other, not both, and you can switch at any time in your email preferences. Occasionally there is something worth sending outside that rhythm — a significant launch, a limited offer — and those are rare by intention rather than by promise.
If there is nothing worth sending in a given week or month, we do not send an empty one.
4. How to stop
Any one of these, and all of them work the same:
- The unsubscribe link at the bottom of every marketing message. You do not need to sign in, and you do not need to explain. It takes one click and a confirmation.
- Your mail client's own unsubscribe button, where it offers one. We support one-click unsubscribe.
- Your account settings, under Email preferences.
Unsubscribing stops all marketing email — weekly, monthly, offers, announcements, everything in Section 2. It is not a frequency control: if you want fewer messages rather than none, change the frequency in Section 3 instead.
It takes effect immediately and never affects the service email in Section 1. Withdrawing your consent is as easy as giving it, and we do not ask you to justify it or make you click through a retention offer.
5. Subscribing without an account
You can subscribe to email updates without creating a Visxy account.
When you do, we send one message asking you to confirm the address. You are not subscribed until you confirm — if you never do, the address receives nothing further and we delete it once the confirmation link expires. This protects people whose address is entered by somebody else.
Subscribing this way does not create an account and gives you no access to Visxy. If you later create an account with the same address, we link the two so you are not on the list twice. If those two records disagree about whether you want email, the unsubscribe wins.
6. What we record, and what we can see
We record your email address, whether you are subscribed, the frequency you chose, and when and where you consented — from settings, from the app, or from the form on our website. If you unsubscribe, we keep the record of that alongside the consent it withdrew, because the law that governs commercial email in Turkey requires a sender to be able to prove consent.
Our email provider records whether a message was delivered, whether it bounced, whether it was reported as spam, and whether it was opened or a link in it was clicked.
Open tracking is unreliable and we treat it that way. Modern mail clients load images automatically for privacy reasons, which makes a message look opened whether or not anybody read it. We use it as a weak signal about what to send, never as a claim about you.
If your address hard-bounces or you report a message as spam, we add it to a suppression list and never write to it again.
The full picture is in our Privacy Policy — Section 2.11 for what is collected, Section 3.1 for the legal basis, Section 5 for the provider, and Section 6 for how long it is kept.
7. If you got a message you did not ask for
Tell us at support@visxy.com and we will stop it and find out why. You can also use the unsubscribe link in the message, which works whether or not we ever hear from you.
8. Who is sending this
Operator: insert the sender's full legal name, registered address, and tax or trade registry number here, matching Privacy Policy Section 1.1. Do not publish this page without it.
