There is no free half here, and that is honest rather than stingy. Translation is the whole job — there is no rule a browser can apply that would produce half of it, and shipping a phrasebook would be worse than shipping nothing. Every other tool on this shelf has a free path because a rule can genuinely do part of the work; this one cannot.
Only the descriptionis translated; the machinery is left alone. Weights, flags and model names stay exactly as written, because “--ar 16:9” is not a phrase in any language and a translated flag is a broken prompt.
